I use this with Windos 10 built-in drivers BUT...
The "BUT" is that Windows 10 built-in drivers have some issues. I recommend downloading their drivers, which I haven't done. I guess I worry about spying and there's probably nothing to worry about. The video wasn't anything special, just what it should be. I like that I can focus the lens and it comes with a cheap clear plastic dust cover which I do use.My comments to follow are using Windows 10 stock / built-in driver, not this camera's custom driver which you can download and install. When I first connected my camera I got video and no sound. I really tried every conceivable thing with connections and restarting, etc. to get sound working with the video. No success. Then I was more or less forced to update Windows 10. Now I have sound and no video! I should download their drivers, but I haven't yet.I can see on the PCB there is a space for two microphones that can be soldered on, but only one is soldered on the camera board that I received. Maybe stereo? Folks on the other end of my video conferencing calls say they can hear me perfectly load and clear. So now you know that I use mine as a microphone and that's it. And I'm very happy!

Ok camera but possibly defective?
I was looking to upgrade my 5-year-old wide-angle Genius camera ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0080CE5M4/ ) with something a little more wide angle and better video in low-light. I was disappointed when I saw the video output of this camera was a fisheye circle like looking through a peep hole, instead of a 16:9 shape of the previous camera, but I can work with that I guess. The low-light ability is definitely an improvement. Though the thing that bugs me the most is every second or two the picture flashes green or black or has some kind of video distortion, similar to what you might expect on a TV in some dystopian movie. I use the camera as a security camera and it's frustrating that it's constantly flashing. Has anyone else had this issue? Not sure if I should try to return/replace it. Besides that, I noticed it gets pretty warm to the touch.

lies
for the price you'd think the lens would be on straight.the mounting bracket is insecure. the firmware is garbage. it provides decent security cam footage on default settings, but the white balance and exposure functions are severely gimped if you don't want it to automatically adjust those settings... the lens is on crooked. i'm sorry, that seems like the only thing that matters. it's held on with the same size screws that secure the camera to the mounting bracket... that and the lies about the mounting hole that is too small for a 1/4 20 screw (buy a tap). the lens isn't even on right. feels like this product is just an open source kind of DIY project, pre-made for you, put in a box and sold at a 500% markup (actually is that). well played... better cams out there cost less money.it's cool that it's in a metal box, but... standards. and those usb camera module boxes are dirt cheap. the len... the fisheye lens... you're supposed to see a WHOLE circle... just wasting the lens... it's even too blurry. i feel like it just needs to be a tiny bit closer to the sensor... but it can't get any closer. yay. this box doesn't work for the fisheye. idk. exact same sensor on alibaba is $40 without the box.. becasue it's old. you can find more modern sensors with fisheye lenses for $7 tho. i don't know why this lens isn't on right. fisheye lens only really belongs on a 1 to 1 sensor. i think the box makes it so you can't get it close enough. honestly, these little metal cases are much better with ir lights and motion sensors, for under like $5...i take back the 500% markup thing... it really is priced appropriately given the parts... the PROBLEM is... you just bought an old webcam and scotch taped fisheye lens to it. this is not mounted correctly. like what they hey? a 180 degree fisheye should produce a circle. not a circle with the top and bottom sliced off... and even if the top and bottom were sliced off... it should at least be centered on the horizontal axis. not sure that's possible as this thing is secure by a screw on the horizontal axis........

Be careful with the little screws!
I was very pleased with the focal length adjuster and fine focus rings. I plan to use this for teaching polymer clay techniques on Zoom. It far surpasses the quality of my previous camera. My only caveat is that if you remove the little screws attaching the bracket, make sure you do this over a towel in case you drop them. They are black and small and don't show up easily against a dark brown floor!

Adjustments easily made to saturation
Pros: Vert small. Manual optical zoom. Manual focus - allows for items in focus and background to be out of focus. Crisp picture. Adjustments easily made to saturation, contrast, sharpness, gain and gamma.Cons: No autofocus option. Narrow focus depth of field.Other thoughts: I am using this camera to shoot video of miniatures during a D&D stream. It works well, I just wish the focus range when focused was slightly longer.
