This was the second scooter we purchased, as the first one that came was just too small and wouldn’t work for our 6yo. This one is even better than we’d hoped for.It’s very sturdy, the colors are vibrant, the break works well and our daughter loves it. The only thing I could say could use improvement would be the lights on the wheels. I’m not sure if they’re speed or pressure dependent - but they work.The adjustable handle & spare screws ‘just in case’ are really nice - and I know we’ll get a few good years of use out of it

I bought this for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She first rode one at a neighborhood block party that belong to another kid and she loved it, so I got her one of her own.My first impression is that the build and materials are very high quality. As an engineer, I am easily put off by cheap, flimsy products. This scooter is built to last!Assembled it while drinking Dos XX and chardonnay and jamming the Pixies. Didn't even need to reference the instructions.A chimpanzee could assemble this. Heck, a racoon could assemble it!Can't wait to give it to my girl at her birthday party, but first I'm going to take it around the block myself!

Bought this item as a gift for a 3 year old's birthday, and assembled it before giving it. Quickly discovered the front wheels didn't light up as advertised. Contacted the company and they offered to send me new wheels. That meant I'd give the gift and then have to say, 'oh by the way I'll be back in a week with wheels that actually light up and you get to change them out - good luck.' I opted to instead give the gift as it was, not operating as it should. So I got to feel like I was giving them a broken toy - a piece of junk. Feel like I totally wasted my time and money. The scooter arrived with a card offering buyers a free back pack in exchange for a positive review, so keep that in mind when reading other good reviews - they've been bribed. I was also surprised that you lean to steer the scooter, the handlebar doesn't turn.

BEST gift I have bought so far!! I did all my research and this scooter was the perfect fit. My granddaughter can fly on this scooter-too only one day. She is a pro at 5 years old. You probably can find this one sale at some point, but wouldn't advise going for a lessor scooter!! Good bearings, foldable for storage, adjustable handle bars. Yes buy the elbow and knee pads.

Hands down the best purchase, the best scooter for my tall 5 yr old daughter. We bought this to replace her old one that was given to her as a gift. 3 pieces broke off of it.The lights on this is so cool, I love how u can adjust the height, offers a lot of growing room because my daughter is tall for her age.Its smooth and sturdy! Omg the price is awesome for how cool this scooter is. Buy this item, you won't regret it!

UPDATE: The scooters are still a good buy but the customer service is strange. I bought two two scooters and they come with a free gift. You have to post a review and send them a screenshot. The first one shipped from CA and is a good helmet. The second one never arrived after 12 emails over 26 days and a useless tracking # that stopped working after the package left China. Now they tell me they can look into it….next month when their vacation is over. Is this how it will be when it is time to order replacement parts? I hope they fix it but I’ve stopped telling my granddaughter she is getting a cute backpack.ORIGINAL FIVE STAR: There is basically no assembly required, just some adjustments. It collapses into a sturdy box with a plastic handle that you could use for vacation travel, shipping, or long term storage. Owners manual is easy to understand, informative, and worth saving. The parts are interchangeable so if you break a piece you can buy a replacement. The handle bars have three height adjustments. It has a foot brake and every wheel lights up when it spins. There is a free gift, too. They will send you either a free helmet or a free backpack (maybe for the handlebars?). Not sure of the size or quality of either but it's free. The kids love the scooters and we go to the park with paved paths. So far a very satisfying experience. p.s. You should know that the front wheels do not turn by twisting the handle bar. The turn by leaning your weight a tiny bit. At first the 4 year old was going in a straight line, getting off, and starting over in a new direction. But within a half hour of play she got the hang of it. The turning radius is large so you have to start leaning early. No turning on a dime but this meant she has yet to fall off.

I bought this for my 6 year olds birthday because she’s lazy and she likes the seat in the picture but sadly I spent like $70 on this she rode it once and doesn’t like itShe has another scooter that if she leans the scooter kinda goes where her body goesThis is just straight and not as easy to maneuver as per my daughter . So now I am just going to donate it so I would suggest this for maybe 3-4 yrs at the most. Height was good for my 6 ur old it was just boring to her

We previously had a more expensive similar scooter but unfortunately it did not make it through 2 kids, so we purchased this one as a replacement. It is a bit bigger than some other brands of 3/4 wheel scooters so it is perfect for my tall 2 year old and my 5 year old. And it lights up! Easy to assemble and feels sturdy. We may end up ordering a second one even though we also have a 2 wheel Razor scooter. This one is already the favorite by far.

We bought our son a traditional scooter for his fifth birthday and he didn't like it so we got him this one.It is sturdy and has taken a full summer of heavy use without breaking. My kids are tough on toys, so if it survived us it can survive a lot. We love the flashing wheels.My 8 year old son also likes the scooter. The adjustable handle helps adjust between the boys.

One of the wheels led lights didn't light up out of the box. Daughter was pretty disappointed. Contacted the company and after having to send a video showing the the wheel didn't light up, they agreed to send a replacement wheel. The wheel took weeks to arrive and my daughter was excited that her scooter would be fixed. We opened the package and not only does the new replacement wheel not match the pink wheels on the scooter, the new wheel doesn't light up either. Not impressed.

La usuaria final que tiene 4 años, esta fascinada con su scooter. Como tiene 3 llantas es bastante estable y hasta ahora no se ha caido del mismo. Muy bueno, recomiendo ampliamente. Las partes se ven solidas, esperemos que así sea.
