Famous for over 20 years for their World / Lounge atmosphere, Buddha-Bar are pioneers in electronic music. Be it Claude Challe in the Nineties or Ravin nowadays, electronic music has always had its place in the music selection of the venues and compilations bearing the brand name. Therefore it makes complete sense that the Parisian label have decided to highlight this aspect with a new compilation dedicated to clubbing. On the turntables DJ Ravin, the most sought-after DJ of the Buddha-Bar worldwide events, has selected the best deep electronic tracks spiced with some treats and a few magical acoustic touches.

Great Mix
This is a collection of different musicians. The music is techno, but mellow. It's a little like meditation music, but with a dance beat. I love this kind of music when I work in my studio.

Misserabel, Mies und Laaaangweilig
Note: Mangelhaft. Hier bekommt man zumindest garantiert Kopfschmerzen. Wer aber Geld rausschmeissen will, ist hier absolut richtig. Vielleicht erwarte ich zuviel modernes von dem Label. Buddha Bar verwandelt sich zu sehr in für mich unbekannte Volksmusik, mit der ich absolut überhaupt nichts anfangen kann. Schade, aber das war garantiert die letzte Buddha Bar die kaufte.
