Q: What are the ingredients? Is this product 100% White Petroleum?

Hi, multiple ingredients : some type of wax, castor seed oil, petrolatum, shea butter, beeswax, glycerin. I had allergic reaction to ALL name brand lip balm's, But, Not this. It is now the only thing I use, hope it works for you.

Q: Is it just one stick per order?

Q: Does Vaseline lip therapy original provide protection from UV sunburn?

The simple answer is No. It's basic Vaseline, no flavor's etc. . It does not claim to have / be a sunscreen. It is Great if you have allergies to other lip balm's. I got " Vanicream" lip protectant / sunscreen spf 30 and had no problems with a reaction. It is available here at Amazon

Q: Does original lip therapy contain fragrance? I'm severely allergic to frangrance.

I do not detect any fragrance, but if your allergy is severe, I would check with the manufacturer.
