Portata la vettura al lavaggio.Poi passati i cerchi con le salviettine in dotazione (quelle per la pulizia).Quindi passati di nuovo con le salviettine in dotazione per favorire l'incollaggio.Scaldati leggermente i cerchi (temperatura esterna di circa 10 gradi) con la pistola termica.Applicata la striscia protettiva (non così facilmente modellabile) e ripetuto il riscaldamento (leggero) con la pistola termica esercitando una pressione lungo tutta la circonferenza.Quindi tagliata la striscia alla giusta lunghezza facendo coincidere l'inizio e la fine.A questo punto incollare (il tubetto è in dotazione) la guarnizione di finitura sopra la giunzione.Fatto riposare per la nottata.Dopo due settimane è ancora tutto in posizione.Aggiornerò in seguito.

Was sceptical about these but thought i'd give them a shot. was fitted on some 22'' axe ex30 they was only a week old and had already had one small curb mark. other than that was perfectly fresh. its been over a week and they are holding on very firmly. I do not think they would protect the rim too much from damage but maybe abit. one decent curbing and im expecting them to come off. but they have covered up the small bit of damage and im really happy with them. barely noticable on my rims. i drive at 90-100mph alot and they've held up well. i can only think people are trying to stick them on battered alloys which is why they're coming off. i will update this if they come off anytime soon. if your alloys are badly damaged these are not the product for you as they just wont stick. im hoping it protects them abit and if they come off i can cover up the little bit of damage with themUPDATE: alloy took a small curb hit and sustained large damage. rim saver did nothing to protect the alloy. its not hanging off. will smooth off the damage and apply another one to hide it and hope it works. My tyres are extremely thin 25 profile i expected this to happenUPDATE 2: its been abouut a month since i applied the second one to a damage rim. it covers the damage well and ive had no issues with them coming off. I will keep applying if the alloys get curbed again. i like the product and beats staring at the damage all the time.

Really easy to install and look great. Bought them to cover up curb rash from the previous owner and they did a wonderful job. Been on for a week and have not come loose. The kit included alcohol and adhesive promotor wipes to help with install so that was very convenient.

L’original a une largeur moins élevée, il a aussi du scotch 3M avec une bande rouge à enlever.Apres avoir fait trois jantes avec celui qu’il me rester du site rimblade, j’ai ouvert celui achetté sur Amazon et c’était la déception de devoir tout refaire avec une copie. C’est beaucoup moins jolie et la partir qu’ont colle pour joindre les deux parties coupées n’est pas adapté.En gros rimblade est en rupture, c’est ptet la raison. Pour Amazon ils ont pris un peu du vrai produit et un peu d’un autre fournisseur dans la meme boite qui correspond bien au paquet d’origine. C’est tromper l’acheteur!!!!Je vous déconseilles donc de commander ici et d’attendre plutot que rimblade ce réapprovisionne sur son site. Meme si il est possible que Rimblade soir le fautif de cette manipulation malhonnête vis à vis du client et de sont fournisseur Amazon.

Bought these to fit to a set of 18' Pretorias for the Golf.Installation was easy enough, although the provided instructions are adequate it's far easier to watch a YouTube video on how to install. The adhesion of the strip combined with the primer you're given seem to be doing a good job of keeping the rubber stuck to the rim, I have no concerns with it peeling away without some form of impact i.e. significant curbing.I do have a few gripes with the kit however. The rubber is actually somewhat thin, I can't speak for how much protection this would actually provided in the case of an incident, I expect you'd make light contact and correct what you've done with the rimkit providing enough protection in that case to not cause damage. Any damage beyond "light" I imagine would simply damage the kit and the rim but that remains to be seen.The provided superglue provided does not seem to dry clear so if you add too much on the cap it may be seen in the area where you apply the cap therefore I would advise on obtaining your own glue to reduce the risk of seeing the glue.28/10/2021: Had them fitted to the car and the day finally came, was forced against a curb. Rimsavers may have offered some protection however the plastic has split in several areas with some noticeable damage to the wheel after a short touch with the curb.Personally, will need to buy another set now just to get 1 that I can use to replace the damaged one which should hide the damage on the wheel without needing a refurb. That's the main use I see for this, not necessarily protection.
