Doors don't work
This pizza oven is capable of making excellent pizza, but it's not easy. With my oven, the hotter it got, the more difficult it became to slide the rear fuel door.We weren't able to finish cooking our second pizza last night because I wasn't able to open the door enough to squeeze any pellets in!And to add to the frustration, the front door just balances precariously. So if I shake the oven at all trying to open the fuel door, the front door falls out letting all the heat escape.Unfortunately I have to return the oven. If the rear door opened easier and if the front door would stay close, I would have loved this oven for years. We were able to make 2 out of 5 great pizzas with it.

Works great z!
Well I read the reviews, a couple folks only gave 1 star because they said it didn’t get hot enough, so I thought I’d give it a try. It arrived in one day and was almost fully assembled I just had to screw on two wooden handles for the door and fire box. I did not use wood pellets instead I used real wood chips and small chunks of wood. I started a fire in the fire box with small chips of wood and one chunk of wood, within minutes the oven starting to get hot and after about 15 minutes it was at 700°. So I threw my first pizza in and in about 45 seconds I turned it around 180° and it was done in another 45 seconds, the crust was crispy on the edges... but not quite done in the center because I did not let the oven warm up longer ...the pizza stone was actually not up to temperature yet. So I put some more wood in the fire box and waited another 15 minutes and stuck my second pizza in, this oven gets really hot if you use a real word, and the pizza literally cooks in about 90 seconds to two minutes., You will have to turn the pizza because the side of the pizza facing the firebox gets done really fast.So I don’t know what the other folks are using but if you use a real word it’s going to work perfectly. You have to be careful that you don’t plug up all the little holes in the firebox with hot coals because the temperature will drop and you need to have a fire going when you put your pizza in the oven so that the flames are rolling across the top of the oven a bit. Buy my fourth pizza I was a pro at regulating the heat, I did have to remove some of the hot coals from the firebox so that they would not interfere with airflow. Be sure to put some cornmeal on your pizza peel so the pizza slides off easily and also this will help prevent the pizza from sticking to the pizza stone. I used apple and hickory wood which I bought from the grocery store next to the charcoal, I also bought some already made pizza dough from a local pizza parlor because I wanted to use my oven right away. I rollEd the dough out very thin because I like thin crust and I used the fork to poke holes all around it so that it didn’t puff up too much in the oven. I don’t know why some folks had a lot of trouble with this but for me it works great.

Not Hot Enogh
Out of the box was looking good. When used it, disappointed in how it would not get hot enough or disperse heat evenly to cook pizza. Would not recommend to purchase.

The pizza stone was broken on both purchases.
I purchased this product twice both times I received it with a broken pizza stone. This will be the last time I purchase this item in my opinion it’s junk

Absolute trash
Firebox doesn't come out when the oven is hot. Unless you want hot coals all over your arms and chest
