These only fit small heads and they are way over priced for what you are getting. I am not recommending them to anyone. Wish I would have never bought them.

I've had several pairs of their clear lens version, for some reason the green lens one is of inferior build. Mine broke the first time I put them on and I have received no response from Amazon or the manufacturer when requesting a replacement set.

A little flimsy, but haven't broken yet. Pretty much what you'd expect for the price. Shade 3's work good for general torch use in an automotive shop (just heating). If you have to get a little more forceful (i.e. melting), you'll want at least shade 5's, maybe better, and I think either a mask or goggles with a seal are a good idea.
