How do you get refills for this?

To my knowledge, refills are not available. I have purchased the entire unit the 3 or 4 times I have purchased it and recycled the empty glass container each time. It does last a lot longer than most by the way. I wish it were available in refills because I have more decorative containers I would prefer to be sitting out.

Can these oils be used in a mist diffuser -only answer of u know for a fact

Yes. I use it in mine. Use distilled water and some of the oil (how much depends on the size of your diffuser). Smells incredible

I bought this a couple years ago and loved it, but from the reviews i’m wondering if they changed it since then. ?

I think they changed it somewhere along the way. My second one wasn’t as potent as the first one I bought. Neither lasted very long.

After a week or so, there's no smell. It was strong at first with just three reeds in it. I replaced the reeds with new ones but nothing.

Take the reeds out. Put the end that was up in the air into the bottle. Now the wet reed will be exposed to the air and smell good again. I usually do this once a week.
