I absolutely love my new dish drainer. The white with the wood accents is really nice. It is very sturdy and seems well made. The tray is thinner than what I would like but the entire thing as a whole I just love it. It holds alot of dishes for my small kitchen. As with others have said only thing I wish it had was way for the water to drain out. The way I look at it - wash dishes, let them dry and then wipe the tray. Very minimal thing to do but I would think it would just last longer by taking care of it. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to others!

So glad I purchased this dish rack. Well worth the money. I can fit an entire day's dishes in here. Is nice enough to leave on the counter full time. The handles have come in handy to move it without emptying. The drainer tray has high sides so it has to be emptied and washed periodically. The tray seems a little thin, but functionally is great. Seems sturdy enough for the intended purpose if leaving it out all the time. I'm not sure the tray would hold up if moved daily ...example if you were storing under the sink and pulling out often, but the rack is solid and heavy duty.

Bought this to replace a new cheap typical wire rack that started rusting after 2 months. Normally a dish rack is not an attractive part of your decor, but this one really looks great in gray with the wood accents, and functions well. It does not have the normal wire cup holders that let you put an inverted glass on the outsides of the rack, but that's not a big deal. After several uses, I did wipe the wood with some butcher block oil to eliminate the water stains, and they look brand new again. This rack turns something that is normally not very attractive into a nice part of your kitchen. This one is not huge, so if you need capacity check out a larger one, but it holds my normal everyday amount of dishes just fine.

Good size. Nice build. But doesn't hold plates. Too lazy to return. I will just figure out a way to lean plates on each other. If I weren't single, usually doing very few dishes daily, I would be motivated enough to return this for one that can hold plates upright.edit: company reached out, asked what they could do to make things right, seemed sincerely concerned with making my purchase a satisfying experience... again, I just decided to keep it... but them reaching out was a really cool thing... so upped my star rating... the build is solid, I'm making it work, and maybe you'll have better luck with different plates...

I actually did really love this product, have owned it for a good 6 months and still working perfectly, easy set up, easy clean, great aesthetic.
