I could not have been more skeptical. I've suffered from extreme insomnia most of my life and have tried numerous prescription medications and over the counter supplements. I got this with Good Night essential oil. The first night I put some of both oils on my wrists, temples and under my nose and slept like a baby without grogginess in the morning. Thinking it was a fluke, I tried it again the next night and slept great. I have a high tolerance to medications and had been on the maximum doses of almost all of them. These oils are incredible. It took about an hour to work. I could not be happier with this essential oil. When I put it on my temples it stung a little but I put some water with it and it stopped. I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from insomnia and anxiety

I have off the charts clinical anxiety issues- even on meds. Have found this oil to be helpful. Rub some into hand lotion and rub through hair, on neck, and a dab under nose before I go out to face the world. AND it smells great too.

I have really bad anxiety. At night sometimes I find my mind going a mile a minute and I can’t stop biting my nails or twirling my hair. After about 15 minutes of applying this to my wrists and behind my ears I start to feel calmer and almost sleepy even? But in a really good way. I’m able to stop myself from worrying about whatever it was I was freaking out about and I just feel relaxed. For anyone with real anxiety and looking for natural remedies, I would definitely recommend this. I will be be buying a bigger bottle next time!

I have an anxiety disorder and it gets rather hard to focus sometimes I got this as a last resort type thing. It helps!!! I made it into a perfume, it just smells that amazing. It calms me even more than the medicine!!

Love love edens garden oils. I use this in my diffuser but I also rub just a dab on my dog Lucy to get her to chill, she's an 11 pound Chinese powder puff Crestwood with a lot of energy. This is soooooooo calming for her.

This has really helped me. I get very nervous in groups of people, and usually try; to avoid these kind of situations. But there was a class I wanted to attend, so I wore a diffuser necklace with several drops of this calming oil, I stayed calm and focused all through the class. Great product. Very Nice scent and really calming. I am a counselor and my clients really enjoy this scent. A few drops will do you and the aroma really lasts after the diffuser is turned off. Nice, natural, sweet, citrus scent (very lemony) with a woodsy undertone. Keeps me calm when doing tedious tasks. This stuff has drastically improved the anxiety I feel before bed. Its soothing mix of aromas calms my hyperactive mind and the summer tones (citrus, for example) bring warmth to my mind. I have already received another bottle as a gift, and will order it forever and a day!
