I bought this one befor 2 weeks i opwn it and i am not use or try it and i open it and through the box ... today i try to use the first time the water fall down from botto. i want to return it back. And it bad quality .

Sturdy and Great Design Very Good Quality
I love this teapot. I had a different brand smaller one before but my husband lit the gas under it. Good CAPACITY, drains well, NO DREGS. Very easy to CLEAN. You can SEE what is going on inside. Lift and Look when pouring with no overflow Retains heat and isn't hot to handle. It feels strong. Good Quality.

Good quality, aesthetically pleasing design.
A very good quality product. I use it almost exclusively to make ginger tea from chopped pieces of ginger root. It's very easy to clean but when I first received it, the infuser part was wedged in so tightly, I was afraid of breaking something but after the first washing, it loosened up and now is easy to remove and re-install. It would make an excellent gift for herbal tea drinkers.

Most favorite tea accessory EVER
I'm a hardcore tea drinker and have been looking for something that would reliably make looseleaf tea quickly and without much fuss. I was incredibly surprised at how simple and yet elegant this brewer is. Just one spoon of looseleaf tea and hot water from our electric kettle makes a crazy good 1000ml of perfect tea that is super easily dispensed without drips from the bottom. And so far, no tea fines - the mesh strainer is keeping the funky stuff out of the cup. I really appreciate the Tritan plastic because we haven't found any glass pitchers that can handle the boiling water. Also love that it is dishwasher safe, but I rinse mine out immediately after brewing with no trouble. So far, no drips from the bottom mechanism either. Goodbye tea balls and other devices that have been so disappointing. I can't recommend this tea infuser enough!
