I bought this model in Feb 2020m and I really love it. Easy to use and the coffee tastes great. The only complaint i have with the unit, is that I have trouble adjusting the temperature. in the settings, you can adjust the temperature thru a range of, i believe, 5 degrees.I always set it for the max temp, but everytime i check, it has reverted to the minimum setting. i may be doing something wrong, but i cant figure out what.other than that, love the maching, thinking about upgrading for christmas.
