Q: My item was open when I got it and some of the balloons are missing, I received 40 instead of 50 balloons, who do I contact about this issue

Contact amazon and the company you received them from. I've never had a bad experience with amazon customer service.

Q: Why won’t the Balloons stay twisted? I twisted them more than a couple times and they always undo.

It’s probably not the balloons! 🙂. I am a professional twister - you probably need to develop some more skill on how to twist. Lots of tutorials online that might help

Q: When using a 160 or 260 balloon is that better then using fishing line yarn or curly string to make a balloon Garland or balloon column /Tower?

I personally prefer the 260 balloons because it gives you the freedom to adjust and move the balloons around to the perfect shape/look you want. And I think they’re easier to work with.
