Can these be used left handed?

I am left handed and have six or seven of these pairs and use them all the time. They are my favorite scissors. (I'm a quilter and I cut out shapes in great detail). I keep two pairs in my studio, at home, and travel bags. When they wear out after cutting paper, I get a new pair. This is a fantastic price.

Do these scissors have a straight edge or serrated cutting edge?

These scissors have a straight edge and do precision cutting when cutting out quilt pieces.

Where are these made? The handle says Germany, but that's not listed in the item description anywhere. Thanks.
