Shoreline MarinePropel Safety Flag with Mount

It works fine as flag but with a couple of warnings. I *always* clean with freshwater so it's a little frustrating.1. It's supposed to collapse but it's been frozen since first trip in saltwater.2. The grommets that hold flag to the pole are rusting badly after one season.3. The pole doesn't lock into the mount so you have to secure with leash.If you ignore these items it works fine for a flag.

The flag is good and makes me more visible. Mounting hardware - nuts and bolts were needed as the kit provided wood screws to mount the bracket - not very useful. I also sealed the mounting bracket w silicon caulk just to make sure no water got into the hull. Liked the extending flag pole and flag was quite visible on the water. Pole states in place well on 2 outings so far.

I do a lot of kayaking in marshes with other boats, so I decided I needed to be seen. This works well. It does come with its own bracket, which I did not notice when I ordered it.

Perfect just what I needed! Fits my old town angler nicely. Installed with a flush Scotty rod mount Great product!

This is the second flag that I have purchased. I lost the first one when I flipped my kayak over in the Chesapeake Bay. I immediately went on Amazon and purchased a replacement.

The Safety Flag is excellent quality and easy to attach to our kayaks. This product arrived in questionable packaging and missing screws. But this terrific seller was solved our issue in a quick and satisfying manner. Great seller.

Be seen on the water. This safety flag extends to make the kayak more visible.
