What gauge are these? I see 22 and 24 as an answer on other questions, which is it?

The ones I got were not 22 ga, and possibly not even 24 (they are nearly half the thickness of some 22ga spool of wire I bought). They are also CCA, so wire gauge is pointless anyway, as CCA is a scam.

Can you run a 12v, 3amp linear actuator with these wires?

I can’t say for sure, this is very thin wire, much thinner than my stepper motor. This is probably 24ga wire

Which color wires are rx, tx and ground? Or does that not matter?

The wires only passive for prototyping and experiments, the colours are random you can refer to colour codes used in electrical installation i.e. RED hot wire; Black neutral or ground …. and so on.

Can I have this 6-7 feet female-to-female and maintain reliability connections?

Irrespective of the product, if you assemble 6-7 feet cable using 6 inch wires and connectors to connect them, it will be lossy and unreliable due to the number of connections. I would not recommend that design. However, I am using this product to connect two ends using single wire and it has worked reliably.
