These slip and slide.
If you’re sleeping and using these they are great, which is what I do but if you try to wear under socks they will bunch up and slide off, same if you walk around in them they slide and I actually ended up falling down two stairs cause of them slipping. Great for nighttime use only!!

Excellent for cracked heals
My heals were cracked and bleeding. I had pain with every step. These are very stretchy so they were very easy to put on. I put cream on my feet and then socks over them. It took me a bit to get used to walking with them but they cushioned my heels so I could walk without pain. I wore them for 3 days and my feet are almost healed. Love them!

Like a 2nd skin when your heel is cracked and sore . I wear around the house. Have not tried in shoes ever Just with socks , slippers or alone .

My boyfriend got these to help moisturize his dry cracking heels. They work well and are pretty comfortable.

Aaaaaaaand keeps heels soft!!
Its a little big and I have size 8 USA Womens. It’s good to wear in boots of all kinds except the skin tight lycras. They are easy to clean and reusable and my heels are soft and supple. I use one pair with shoes and one pair I use at night after I shower.
