Can you post the hardware needed to put the table together?

Is 45cm the surface area dimension or the width of the legs?

45cm diameter of the table ,the legs are slightly wider at 50cm as they taper out at the feet it's a great wee table

Can it be folded flat for storing

No, you have to build it up (very simple) with 4 screws just as it shows in the picture and is how you must store it.

Is this suitable for leaving outdoors all year round. Is it weatherproof?.

I have had the small patio table for about a month and have recently left it out on the decking overnight. It has been out in quite heavy rain and once wiped it looks as good as new though don’t know about snow or ice.
