I LOVE HER SO MUCH YUM YUM YUM YUM SODIUM I don't water it down enough it's more concentrated If your not a freak (like me) you might hate the taste my boyfriend does but I love it The value of money is like insane I have like a bottle of Gatorade Mixes with water like a dream of course and I go through one in like two months but I also have a bottle a day and do not add as much water as I'm supposed to Oh and it burns if your sick and don't water it down enough
