EDIT: came back to edit my original review... the first shipment I got off these were great. What I received recently on in Aug and Sept 2026 on two separate orders was just not up to par. I'm addicted to Coke Zero and I can tell a huge difference in what it should taste like vs when it's within a week if expiration or flat. These are not good quality at all. Although the dates on the product were marked well within the good thru date, the product taste expired. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!! MONEY WASTED because I cannot drink them when they taste like crap. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great price, great quality. It's really hard to find Coke Zero that has the authentic and refreshing Coke Zero taste I love. It's really hit and miss with alot of the product I puchase just having an off taste. I'm not sure if that is because of how is handled in the manufacturing or shipping process, but there is a difference. This purchase had the perfect flavor I love and the price was great, too! It was cheaper than my local grocery stores!

Update: changing to 1star, you can thank Amazon for their craptastic delivery. No discount is worth having sodas roll around in a box that's broken, soaking all your other orders, only to fight with support for a refund. We've ordered 5x every 2 weeks for almost 3yrs and are done dealing with this. So I do want to say the good, Coke Zero is phenomenal and is only second to Starlight (bring it back!!!!). However, I do hate the new caps on the bottle. The tops are almost always exploded up and bubbled, and the seal is just a friction seal of plastic on plastic. I almost always have a batch, like my current one, that is completely flat. You can hear the wizzing sound as air can escape. Add in Amazon's "careful" shipping methods and you'll have a recipe for disaster. We have 6 orders shipped every two weeks and lose about 6-12 bottles every single order due to an issue in either shipping quality or flatness. Please, bring back the rubber-like seal and make the cap stay connected to the bottle like the European bottles.

First time for everything, we've been getting these Cokes on subscription for a while now and they've always been good. Until our last shipment, they were out of date and taste bad.

Consistently send out expired or near expired Coke Zero products. Flat tasting! No sweetness at all! No wonder such a good price! Appreciate the convenience of ordering through Amazon as we entertain alot but would appreciate product that is not EXPIRED!!!

The product is amazing. It’s Coke Zero. Will always get 5 stars. The reason it’s a one star….I ordered 2 6-packs and received 11 bottles (should be 12). They came in an Amazon bag and when I opened it, some were taken off the rings during transit, I’m assuming. Did whomever packaged it take one before sealing the bag??

I’ve been a Diet Coke drinker for years, so I know how it’s supposed to taste. Unfortunately, this purchase was a huge disappointment. I purchased 10 six-packs through Amazon after finding a deal on Slickdeals. At first, I thought I had received a bad pack, but after opening bottles from all 10 six-packs, every single one tasted flat, stale, and old. There was very little carbonation, and the flavor was noticeably off compared to what I normally buy in stores. My assumption is that this inventory may have been sitting in a warehouse for an extended period of time, which could explain both the discounted price and the poor quality. Whatever the reason, the product I received did not deliver the freshness I expect from Diet Coke. I was excited about the deal, but in the end, I would have rather paid full price for fresh product. Based on this experience, I would not purchase this item again online.

Don’t waste your money on this sodas purchased through AMAZON ! They must get them super cheap because they are FLAT and taste horrible !! Don’t Buy !! Don’t say I didn’t warn you ! Buy at your local store ! They will taste better if you buy them there !! Amazon is not being honest!

We love Coke Zero and i sometimes buy here when the Amazon price beats the current store cost. Almost every time (at least 4-5 x this year) it looks as if someone just threw the six pks in a box -- all jumbled, sometimes even loose -- and then beat the hell out of the box. This last time (4 six pks), 4 bottles had leaked, 8 completely flat. Good product, but TERRIBLE warehouse/ shipping care. The "return order" on the site just keeps freezing when I ask for replacement. Come on, Amazon!
