Just the right combination of soft and supportive, with a strokably soft cover. Lightweight and easy to move about. I much prefer it to my buckwheat one, which seems far too firm for me.

This is not a traditional solid yoga bolster. The shape is good but it does not hold its form - it's more like a memory foam pillow. I did read that it was lightweight but did not expect to be able to easily compress it flat between my calves for example (see second photo). It is useless for restorative yoga where it is required to support body weight. Additionally the cover is almost like a micro fleece so everything sticks to it (see third photo - directly from the box). Not at all what I was looking for in terms of quality or function so I will be returning.

Not your typical dense yoga bolster. At a glance looks exactly like Manduca bolster, but it's very lightweight and soft, collapsing with pressure. I will be returning. I think this is a knock off product.

Cómodo y ligero, trae funda para lavar. Siento que le falta firmeza y un poco de altura para algunas posiciones. Pero en general tiene buena calidad, la tela del forro es muy suave tipo gamuza.

This is a great bolster! The fabric is soft and the size is ideal. I use it for sleeping because I have lower back issues. I will either pop it behind my knees or between my legs. Very comfy and seems to have helped with the back pain. I think it would be good for yoga/Pilates too as the firmness is ideal.
