The book is great. If you have any ability to cook, bake or follow directions you can use this book. I bought the paper back and the binding glue came apart Lilley due to shelf life but it can be easily glued back together. Book contents are brilliant.

Excellent book with simple delicious recipes, hence the title!!We’ve already used two recipes and both were very good, not fancy but we were very happy with the results.Everything you would expect from a world class chef.Looking forward to doing more!Already it’s starting to be our go to recipe book.If you buy it you won’t be disappointed.
