Good to increase immune system

Since taking this product I have shaken off many rounds of sickness (colds etc..) and aided in my relief of sinus issues.

This formulation was far less effective when taken during having a cold. I switched to a different formulation by a different brand that was also more effective at reducing the severity of having a cold or flu.

I've used this product for many years. If you feel a cold coming on just take two tablets and again in another two hours, etc. It has always worked for me.

I've been using this product for two decades now, and I haven't had a full-blown cold since. It won't stop the flu, but when I start feeling a cold coming on, I start taking these and it stops it dead in its tracks. I recommend continuing to take them for a couple days after you feel better so you don't relapse. Amazon offers this product at a great price, and I don't have to hunt through the herb stores trying to find it if I'm working out of town.

This is great for preventing colds or when you feel like you might be catching a bug. Echinacea and Vit c are both good for colds and it really does help. They are in capsules so I find them easy to swallow. Great for immune system.
