Q: Just received this for the first time and it had no safety covering at all. Tube wasn't wrapped and no covering on the tip. Is this normal??

Tube comes in a box, just as you would buy it in a store. There is no covering on the tip and the tube is not wrapped. I have purchased this product many times on line from various vendors and have never received one that was wrapped. If it came without a box, then I would definitely not use it - it has been opened.

I had mine delivered, so not sure why you are having issues. Do they have your address correct? Are you trying to have it shipped to a P.O. Box?
