Q: Will the medium natural blonde lighten dark brown hair?

yes and no when you first use it and leave it on for recomended time it is darker but with in 2 waskes its muck lighter for the remainder of the month ..

Q: can you use this on gray hair

Yes! It states 100% gray coverage on the box, but different shades work differently on mine. Some last longer on my grays than others. This one lasted for about 3 weeks (for me) before I had to do some root touch ups. The darker shades (mainly the black shades) tend to only last around 2 weeks (for me) before the grays begin to make their grand entrance again.

Q: my hair is mousy dark blonde with blonde ends will this colour be good for me

I would do a strand test first to make sure because everyone has different natural highlights. My natural hair is a dirty blond color and strawberry blonde ends. It covers up my red tones and the dirty blond part as well and makes it the color it is on the box. I myself did a strand test first. Sorry this isn't very helpful but really everyone's hair is different.
