Well made, slightly odd smell, very nice size - a great little sketch book

I agree with all the good reviews, this is a perfect sized, well absorbent, nice coloured (lightest beige) sketchbook. It's been perfect for watercolour, even for heavy watercolours, no pilling at all so far, enabled colour lifting and repeat layers all without issue. The little pocket in back cover has sort of material sides and fits my colour wheel in nicely, as , even tho the wheel is a bit wider than the pocket, because the pockets sides are soft materialism, it allows for extra give for any papers etc, so things slide in there nicely. All in all I'd definitely buy another one, in fact I'm going to. So highly recommended, as the rest of many of the reviews say, I'll agree and happily recommend it. Ps it's perfectly good for using both sides of the paper no matter what u use on it. I'm almost thru the whole book now and there has been no issues at all. Well chuffed!

Really good quality for something quite affordable, feels professional.It's a bit smaller than expected but I don't care I love it, I'd really recommend it for someone on a budget or just wants a sketchbook something like this. 👍

Up until today, I would have given this notebook ten out of ten. I've never had such a good notebook for watercolour and is attractively designed and presented. It bends when wet but returns to a flat sheet fairly soon (the landscape, for example). The paper texture produced some nice results when I used a pen on it (the religious sculpture). The only drawback is that the binding/spine is already coming apart (shown by yellow arrows on the photo) and I've only used it for a few days. I'll repair it, as the plus points of this product far outweigh this fault.

I like the pocket watercolour painting pad, it holds the water and paint well indeed. You can lift easily, the pages are cloth made, perfect for drawing, sketching and painting, using any medium.Recommended

The media could not be loaded.  This is a really good quality sketchbook, it takes a good amount of water on both sides and there is very little warping of the pages compared to some others I’m using which I’ve tried to show in the video.Will definitely buy again.

Nice thick papers, doesn't bleed through. Nice texture too.

The name made me think this was a european brand - shame on me for not looking harder.That said, there is nothing in the description providing a placce of origin, I am going to assume that is on purpose.It looks and feels nice, once I put it next to some arches, I may come back.The pocket in the back is in the style of other notebooks like leuchtturm and moleskine - it is convenient.More pages that similar products.I am holding at 3 starts since the first thing I saw was made in china and I frankly expected France.

Excellent carnet de croquis pour les techniques à l'eau (gouache, aquarelle, encre); le papier en 300g/m2 est bien épais avec un grain léger. L'esthétique est aussi très bonne: tranche colorée, couverture en faux cuir avec une impression tissée grise, très doux au toucher, un signet en ruban gris assorti, un élastique gris pour tenir le carnet fermé. Je suis vraiment conquise par ce produit de qualité et je commanderai à nouveau sans hésiter!
