Are the brush pens refillable?

how to fill the water brushes with water?

Hi and thanks for asking!  The body of the pen barrel separates from the tip by twisting, however, it is reverse threaded, so instead of turning counterclockwise, you should twist clockwise.  Then just fill the barrel with water and screw the top back on!  Thanks!

Hi and thank you for the question.  We made the decision not to name the colors.  Instead, we have attempted to present accurate pictures so that we can ensure the best possible open sharing and expectation setting.  We would point out that a reviewer has unfortunately posted an inaccurate statement, and she has not responded to our replies:  To be clear, as the pictures hopefully reflect, there is a primary red, for example.  The pictures should show exactly the color to avoid any misunderstanding. Further, the colors are blendable and you can influence their presence in many ways with water, effects, paper surface, and blending with other colors.  Please remember our satisfaction guarantee.  If you are disappointed, just let us know, and we'll take care of it!

What exactly is included in the “50 Bonus Pack”? The listing does not say.

Hi and thanks for asking!  The 50 Bonus Pack is a combination of 48 different colors of watercolor brush pens (really nylon fiber brush tip pens with watercolor paint already in the pens) with 2 next-generation water brushes.  One water brush is a medium round tip shape and the other is a medium flat tip shape.  The water brushes unscrew so you can fill them with water and then use them with the watercolor brush pens or any watercolor medium to add water effects (some will even fill them with liquid watercolor paint).
