Portable Hard Drive Carrying Case Soft Pouch, Black DL-53

I have been using cases like this for years, for a variety of devices. I used it for my Archos Rigid Leather Case for 60 GB Archos 5 Internet Media Tablet (Black) which was impossible to find a case for. I was so pleased with it's performance that I recently bought another for my HTC phone, which has a great hard shell case that does not protect the screen! This case fits my phone in the other case, protecting the screen, and keeping it completely sealed and away from the debris which collects in my purse.I actually searched my past orders to find the same case I had, which was made by Western Digital. I received this one instead, which for my purposes was just as good. It is lightly padded, water resistant, has a small pocket for cords, ear buds or memory cards, and a 3/4 zip making it easy to insert and remove the device.At the currently listed price (just under $6) it is hard to go wrong as long as it fits your device. I am sufficiently happy with it that I bought extras because I do actually need a portable hard drive, and think other members of the family would find this useful. It works for so many things, is light weight, well made and provides padding and protection from the elements, dust and lint! I am glad Amazon makes it so easy to find prior purchases so I could come back and order more.Highly recommended to protect just about any small electronic device.

These cases are very flimsy and do not provide enough padding and protection to the hard drive. The outside cover is too small to store the USB cable for the hard drive. I do not recommend anyone to buy this hard drive carrying case.

These things are great for protecting that valuable data. They, not snuggly but delicately, fit your hard drive like a glove. Very well made and although not drop proof they will withstand a couple of bumps and bruises. The zipper is great it does not bend or bind. That is a huge plus. Very soft on the inside and outside. They are very well made. I was shocked but NOT amazed, this is amazon not that other place, E-?!

Very good product, cheap and pratic. It protects my portable hd and make ease to transport it everyday from home to the office and so on.

these are nice cases - they fit WD my passport Ultra and Slim drives, with cable in the outside pouch. It fits Seagate's new slim drive, and slightly longer older drives as well, which could not be fitted in the cases designed specifically for WD's my passport drives. It is lightweight, protects drive well from all sides, without the need to stick cable inside. Cable is a very snag fit in the outside pouch, it definitely will not fell out, and you need some efforts to put it there.

The pouch fits my portable USB memory device very good but the only problem is that the material does not stretch/expand. I tried fitting the chord to the front pocket and that was a task.

I have been using this carry case for IOmega 500gb portable hard drive. This product has performed well for more than 6 months. The neoprene is slightly stretchable, of decent quality, and offers good protection to the hard drive. The external pocket comfortably stows the USB cable. Good value for the price!
