I have used this suitcase 3 times..On my current trip abroad the suitcase zip has totally broken and the suitcase has split..Can you please tell me where i need to write and ask for refund as it is still under the Tripp 5 year warranty..

This is a really good capacious suitcase. Unfortunately after my first use of it when I took it off the luggage carousel the handle would only move up about 3 inches. Either the mechanism was faulty or the case had been compromised during handling, however there was no sign of external damage.Tripp were exemplary when I reported it to them and owing to the difficulty in returning such a large case quickly processed a refund. I have already purchased a replacement from Tripp and am just putting this down to bad luck.

I LIKE IT. IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT. I USE IT FOR TRAVELLING.

Was delivered covered in scratches and marks like it had already been used.I elected not to take it on the holiday so I could return it, but ran out of time because it required carting to the post office and paying for myself in order to return. I simply didn't have time for this.Its an over expensive, substandard case which crucially didn't even have the integrated TSA locks I liked about other models that were cheaper than this.Ill take it up with Amazon sometime but when you're busy this is not a convenient thing to return, it's just taking up space now.

Looked to be a decent case, but zip was open on the luggage belt on the return flight. Case was not over packed and within weight. Sent it straight back and bought a different brand.
