So...they're ok. I DO like the diff sizes (reason I purchased this set), since I can use the larger ones for my buttercream flowers and small ones for royal icing. However I did notice when trying to get my royal icing off these (haven't tried my buttercream ones yet, they're still in freezer), more than half stuck to the paper leaving a bit of paper backing on my flowers. Def more so with one color that seemed a bit more wet, so I will try to see if I can make a stiffer consistency icing and perhaps have better luck. Only one of my colors was a little more wet, however all colors did stick. So...not the best when the whole cookie is supposed to be edible. Think next time I would def pick out parchment squares or take a day and just cut my own. Felt this would be easier but...found the results to be not that great. Arrived on time and in good condition, so I did give a couple stars for the positives. Just not good enough for me to purchase this again...would look elsewhere.

Terrible! Flowers stick to the papers and I have to put water on them to get them off which leads to fragile leaves breaking! I've never had this problem when I cut up my own parchment paper! I now have to make an entire new batch on my own cut up parchment paper!

These are some type of copy paper. They are not parchment and not for making royal icing transfers!!!!! The icing sticks to them and does not release when dry.
