I returned the first one because one of the speakers was not working. Amazon has replaced it for me thanks for that. But the one I received today has the same problem. Again one of the speakers is not working. They have replaced it with the defected product again. Very disappointed. What do u expect me to do?

One piece STOPPED WORKING within few days of usage. Also , the SOUND quality is PATHETIC Waste of money product.

When these got delivered to me I left quite a harsh review which was understandable at first when reading the rest of the reviews as they are for completely different products, this was due to the right earphone not charging and making a buzzing noise whilst on a call to someone. However, the sound quality in these for its price is absolutely amazing and the microphone picks up your voice very well and for that, this product is really good. After I left this review I was contacted by the company and they then offered to send me a new pair free of charge as the reason it didn’t work could have been from damage in transport, even after my harsh review the team was incredibly nice to me and they replied ASAP. 1 day after the original review, they have already sent out the new pair which I think is incredible. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service even though I was an ass, I will recommend you to anyone I know who needs anything like this.

Faulty product. To be expected with a cheap price. Clucky and difficult to remove from box even with nails.Once I synced with my phone, both ears worked, I turned my head to the left and then the right side went silent. After reading the unhelpful instructions I decided to pop them in the charge box to disconnect and reconnect by taking them out. Then they both started working.Ok... Cool... Watched a couple videos on YouTube, sound quality wasn't that bad at first then the right side starting crackling. I popped them right back in the box with the intention of returning to sender.Curiosity lead me back to give it another try when I had a call... That's when the person said they couldn't hear me probably, I disconnected and tried again with another call, same thing, only this time the right side went silent again then reconnected randomly, by clearly announcing so, then after 2 minutes it disconnected...I want a refund ASAP.... It was a waste of time to even try buying a Bluetooth earpiece for under £20!!! A Waste!!

I understand that these are a lot cheaper than other products on the market but they should at least work.They're ok, when I'm sat still in my office, but I bought these primarily for when I'm walking my dog and it gets to the point on my walks where I just pull them out and put them away. The sound keeps dropping. If I turn my head, it drops. If I touch them, it drops. If there's a breeze, they drop. My favourite... If the song I'm listening to has too much bass.Also, at least once a session my spotify app will crash. Never happened before.I've tried various means of troubleshooting, but it's crazy having wireless headphones that only work if you don't move.

Got these as some people gave them good reviews but, apart from the constant difficulty of levering the buds out of the box, the quality of the connection is terrible. One or other of the earpieces is constantly dropping signal. Other bluetooth headphones work perfectly but I still rejigged my phone, doing a complete restore which took ages. Made no difference. Will be returning them. Just too glitchy to bother with.

I ordered the product but sadly the left ear completely didn’t work so have to arrange a refund which is a bit inconvenient during the current situation! Listening through the earphone that does work the sound quality and noise cancelling is really good for the price! Hopefully I can get a new working pair as I do think the product is excellent value for money considering the price. When they do work I think I will be able to rate the product highly
