I really love this lipstick...originally got the SF colour as a gift and when that was finished I ordered two more, SF and Valentine. The Valentine stick almost immediately broke in the tube making it very difficult to apply. I am disappointed that this product broke after literally two uses. You can’t really see from the photo but the lipstick is broken in the bottom of the tube and shifts around causing those lines on the stick that you see in the photo. I love that this lipstick is like a lip balm but I wonder if that makes it softer than most sticks and that’s why it broke in the tube. This didn’t happen with my last stick of SF and hasn’t happened with my current stick in that colour.

While the Honeybee Garden Truly Natural Lipsticks have become my favorite lip products, the Valentine color is probably the least used of all my collection. I love the natural ingredients, easy/smooth application, and it's a terrific color, but too light in its shade to fit me at 59 years old with my med.beige complexion and brunette hair. It's the type of matte pink that would work better for someone who has lighter toned skin -- perhaps even with blonde hair -- and is probably younger. While I use it very little, when I do it's as a base layer with another color on top, like the Tuscany or Romance (and sometimes with a mulberry shaded lip gloss). I doubt I'll order the Valentine again, but will still remain a fan of Honeybee Garden's other shades that fit me better.

Valentine color is more like those ugly pink dish sponges. Its dull and lack luster. Disappointed.

My first lipstick was broken so I requested another one and it also arrived broken

I read other reviews that said it was too 60's. Giggle, that's exactly WHY I love this color! LOVE IT!
