Volume curling style ~Beyond the Beauty~ clipless design 19mm (purple)

I've watched a few tutorials and read the directions, but I have to say I find using the limitless curling wand so difficult! My teenage daughter loves to curl her mostly straight hair, and I always help her with it since its just easier. We've tried a few different types, and when I saw this one it seemed really easy and after watching two or three videos to see how it worked, it seemed really easy and the results were great. My daughter's hair is about 8 inches long all around. Even using very small sections of hair wrapped evenly around the wand and sprayed with gel, only about one in five sections curled at all, and I just found it awkward to use. I checked the temperature of the wand and it had heated up well, so it wasn't caused by that. Perhaps this curling iron works for others, but in my opinion, I'd much rather stick to the tried and true clip irons.

After having my hair "beachy curled" at a kiosk in Las Vegas, I fell in love, and purchases the wand. After I got home I realized the wand they used and the one I purchased were totally different! The lady used a round wand on my hair and she "bagged me" a flat iron. I already have 2 flat irons. So disappointed with this purchase. What a waste of my money😠😠
