I’ve been using Stila for over a decade, and their waterproof liquid eyeliner has always been one of my favorites. When I saw this on sale during Prime Day, I couldn’t pass it up and it turned out to be one of my best purchases yet! The eyeliner feels high-quality, has a nice weight to it, and glides on effortlessly, making application quick and easy. The staying power is incredible, too. I can honestly say it doesn’t smudge at all. I even fell asleep wearing it one night, and when I woke up, it looked exactly the same as when I first applied it. If you’re looking for a long-lasting, easy-to-use liquid eyeliner, I highly recommend this one! I’m a new fan of Urban Decay Perversion water proof!

I normally use natural makeup but this eyeliner is my one cheat. I know it has chemicals but it works so well, crisp clean lines and stays put all day! Worth it.

This was my first time trying Urban Decay’s waterproof liquid eyeliner and I’m seriously impressed. I’ve used other brands like Anastasia, Benefit, and Stila, but this one really stood out. The applicator glides on effortlessly, making it so easy to get a clean, sharp line. Once it sets, it does not smudge at all — it stayed put all day.
