Hard to find elsewhere, very nice spatula. Excellent on cast iron, carbon steel and stainless steel. It will leave scratch marks but any metal utensils will. However, it is sturdy and very flat, perfect for various things that lie flat (e.g., eggs, pancakes, fish).
