I bought this to stash back for a rainey day! We have lots of kids around us all the time. These pests are very easily caught so it’s nice to have something on hand! It seems anytime I ever find a case of them it’s at night when I take a shower! The last thing I want to do is find a store that’s open at 10pm when I live in rural USA! My granddaughter keeps coming home from her mom's with head lice so sadly I battle them every month or two. I order these to be delivered to her mom's house to get things under control there - I order now and then for here but I've opted for a less harsh and more frequent approach here - there is a leave-on spray that I purchase here on Amazon that comes in either a 3 pack or single packs as an add-on. It is pesticide free and I simply spray her hair when she gets here and let it dry while she sleeps (per the directions and because she gets home right before bedtime with no time to do a 2 hour treatment with combout) and the next day she goes to school. If she has active lice she still needs the combout but I have not had active lice since I did one treatment with rid followed by once a week with the spray (and it smells like licorice).
