Do the white shirts stay white when wet or do they go transparent like normal shirts?

The white arm on mine do not go transparent when wet but a full white top might be a little translucent. They are thick tops and quite stretchy so if its not too small for you, you might be ok.

im 5ft9 and 77kg what size would you recommend for me, i take the medium size in aeroready addidas tops if that helps though that is not a compression

if compression is preferred, go for size M. mostly we recommend Large

I’m 5’11” and 110kg, so will I need 3 xl? Just seems a bit excessive?

I would go for 2XL as the 3XL I have fits nicely on me and I’m 6ft and 130kgs+. They are very good value for money.
