Carbon Steel Small Pet Fillipino 88B Straight Shears with Plastic Coated Handles, 8-1/4-Inch

I have had five pair of the Dubl Duck shears over the past 20 years. Unfortunately, they are not the same quality as they once were, based on the ones I received. I ordered and received one pair, found them to be unusable and they were returned and replaced by another pair of shears. I returned that pair too! I'm not sure what the problem is now, but the quality isn't what it once was. We have a grooming business and I depend on reliable tools that perform as advertised.

Recommended by a groomer who uses no other brand. I found them to be extremely sharp and well balanced.

The product description "Made of carbon steel" and "handmade by German craftsmen" is wrong and misleading: the shears are stainless steel and without country of origin, and they do NOT "provide the highest quality and smoothest operation" in cutting dogs hair. Also, they measure 8-1/2-inch length.

Groomer for 11 years and now home groom my furkids...FANTASTIC brand and the only scissors I'd use in my shop!
