Great tasting and works well. I rarely get sick when I'm on these. They are a staple in my vitamins.

These taste really good and they don’t make my stomach sick like some zinc do. You know how you have to be careful to take some minerals with food so you don’t get nauseous? I don’t seem to get nauseous from these. I kind of play it safe and usually eat half at a time if on an empty stomach. Pure Encapsulations is a good brand that my naturopath and a nutritionist/chiropractor I saw both recommend.

I ordered this product & asked for chewables. Problem I see is they are very hard to chew. I think my better choice will be gummies next time. Otherwise they are a good price & was delivered quickly. Thanks

These zinc chewables taste really good, with a nice orange flavor. Super easy to take and gentle on the stomach.

I start taking this in the Fall, as I work at a school. It helps to not get as sick if I get something and to dry up my cough quicker I seem to always get when I get sick.
