Spanner Wrench, Lens Ring Tool

works ok with me . with these works on 50mm lens but anything bigger wont expand out .plus for the ends needs to be a little longer for depth not bad thow

Tips are not usable for any of my lenses. Too short, and too fat. Points are also useless. Cheaply made. Tride to use it when I got it, but no go. Pointed tips will hit filter ring, before ever coming close to reaching face ring holes. Maybe good for watches, but there are better tools out there for that. Don't waste your money on this.

When this arrived, the package was damaged. It actually arrived, not in a box, but in a plastic bag you would ship clothing in. The package of the product itself was all broken and the product was definitely not usable at all. The screw was bent, so it was not adjustable. The return postage on this was $20 bucks CAD!...I wish I hadn't purchased from this seller!

Works great for lens cleaning and repair, and mounting lenses on lens boards. Easy to use and the precision adjustments keep from scratching the lens and notches.

This is a good spanner for situations where you have clearance around the ring - e.g. front elements, or rear elements that are not recessed. The design gives good torque which is a plus. However, for smaller items, where the points are too close, or anything recessed you'll need the traditional type of spanner.
