This ? asked Nov 2013, no asnwer yet: What is the height from the top of the picatinny rail to the middle of the optic tube??

It is 1.60 inches from the base (top of rails) to the middle of the tube.

Anyone know how this lines up with an Eotech 512 and a Mako 3x magnifier?

yes it will line up perfect with my 512 this mount and my primary arms magnifier

I want to add a short scope that's 7.5 inches long to a 22 rifle and wondering if just 1 of these mounts will do and still keep sighting locked in?

These type of mounts (flip to side or slide to side) always have some movement when deployed. They are meant for magnifiers where it doesn't make any difference. It would not hold zero at all with a scope in it. You would be lucky to keep your shots in an 8-10" circle at 50 yards using one of these. You need a solid mount for that or a set of rings that mount solidly to the rifle. You can also buy quick disconnect rings that will hold better zero when taken off and put back on if you buy good ones. Cheap ones just won't do the task.

Will this line up with a Micro T1?

As long as you are using a 1/3 cowitness mount it will line up perfectly.
