I used this to replace the original shoulder pad for my Kenneth Cole Laptop Bag. It fits well and the padding helps when strapped over the shoulder or across the chest. I do really like this Velcro type option. You get to personalize it with whatever you want.

My belroy 9L venture sling can get heavy if I pack my camera in with a bigger lens. I wanted to buy another camera bag sling however I thought to try out a padding before sinking more money into another bag.This is just perfect. The profile is not too big, and the padding is perfect. It comes in a pair perfect for backpacks but I used it for two sling bags.

Used these for a weighted vest I had and it kept it from hurting.

Seem well made, but bulkier and less flexible than I expected, so they didn't conform to my shoulder well.

There’s and item missing in my order but the main pad came and is well made.

It wasn't obvious from the photos or description (when I bought it -- these may have changed since then) but the flag is a patch with the hook side of a hook-and-loop attachment to the strap wrap, which has the loop side and is much larger than the flag patch. In addition to being somewhat misleading in that the flag is not a permanent part, the smaller patch size means there's a lot of "loop texture" that's left exposed, but it's not quite enough for a second patch, which makes it all look a little less professional and a little more hacked together. These issues aren't significant enough to return the item -- it's still functional for its intended purpose -- but it's not the design or aesthetic I thought it would be.
