I bought this for the daycare I work at as an indoor recess game or something to do to kill time. It was a big hit. The wood is very sturdy and doesn't chip at all. They're very similar to the wooden spoons you cook with. We never use all six at once because we divide in teams but it's always good to have extras. It came in its own box in individually-wrapped bubble wrap.The kids loved it and it's one game that nobody fights over. Would buy again.

Had to swap spoons or for the older kids but these are great for the toddlers since it's nearly impossible to drop the egg. We had an incident with a child running into a wall and still the egg did not drop. Yes I am giggling at this still. This game made for great easter memories.

Got these for an adult field day and found that they were very hard to balance. the bowls on the spoons are very shallow and the painted surface make them quite slick. I hit the bowl of the spoons with a little spray glue to increase the tackiness so that the players could actually accomplish the game and not whine about how difficult the balancing act was. (yes, i understand it should be challenging, but it was just a bit too hard for a fun game). I suggest carving out the spoons bowls a bit more, and use a colored stain instead of a glossy paint.

Ordered and received quickly but one of the spoons was splintered. Otherwise really nice. Returned for another set. Second set paint was coming off a spoon and had to return. Really wanted to like these but the quality control was non-existent. 😢

So this game was challenging for the grandshuggas because we played a game of who can make it to the finish line without dropping the egg!! EVERYONE dropped their egg...lol. This game is fun if not taken too seriously.
