Where ever all of these top reviews are coming from, I’ll never know. I’d have to be sceptical that they are all genuine TBH…..Very disappointed with this case. I tried two of these and the fingerprint recognition simply doesn’t work at all.At first I thought I was doing something wrong, but no, after returning the first case because it didn’t work, and giving them a second chance, it was exactly the same.A nice snug fit around the phone, but access to the buttons on the side and fingerprint recognition is worse than useless.Save your money and buy a different case.

This is a very great product and even though I have insurance with my phone company I wanted to have further protection on my Samsung s21 ultra 5g device. After spending a few hours looking for a good phone case I came across this one that ticked all my boxes. It's great at protection from fall damage as I've dropped the device from several feet with only a minor scuff on the case, no damage was impacted on the phone itself. The case features multiple protection properties such as thickened rubberised corners to absorb impact effectively. There is a complete screen protector that fits snug into the main casing preventing scratches on the screen. The case also features a stand that can be used to place the device hands free in both portrait and landscape orientations. This is great as most cases only support landscape orientation. The case also feature a fingerprint compatible screen protect which when installed correctly works very well.The one disadvantage to this case is that there is a punch whole cut out in the screen protector where the front facing camera is located. Some rain got in through this whole and drifted down to where the fingerprint scanner is and has made my fingerprint unlock useless as it don't recognise my print. I've even tried leaving it to dry then put the case back on but no luck as the sticky part has lost its sickiness. The one big improvement on future cases like this would be to remove the punch whole and cover the camera with the screen protect. But other that that the case I would definitely recommend.

Just received mine and installed it. Overall it looks sturdy but the fingerprint scanner is 1. very visible so it's visually unpleasant whenever I watch a movie or video and 2. not even reading my fingerprint properly.Is there anyway to clean that part of the case? At this point it looks like a sticker and I really hate it.Later edit: the fingerprint scanner does not work at all, which makes this a completely useless purchase.Do not recommend at all!

very happy with the phone case phone is fully covered front and back. phone fit's in nice camera is well protected with rubber on outer side camera . I have a glass screen protector on the phone and camera screen protector put on for extra protection. I don't use the fingerprint reader have a face scanner and pin so can not commit on that. the phone glass screen protector doesn't affect the phone case front cover it working fine has not given me any problems. me phone came with all sticks on l have kept them on so can't commit about the cases for scratches the phone. the kickstand is a extra which is good you can use WiFi charging. Will remanded keep all the stickers which came with phone I remanded the phone case it's a good cases for the phone

Bought this following the reviews i had already seen and i have to say its fab. I had some issues first case but not mine or the sellers fault. The seller got me a replacement to door within 24 hours. The customer service is fantastic. Other reviews says this also but you never know till you need them and they stepped up and helped me straight away and quickly. I would order again no hesitations. The case its self is heavy duty. the kick stand although plastic (it has to be for wireless charging) is strong and actually is a helpful fingerloop if watching the phone outside. extra safety tip i guess. Thanks team for helping me. Amazing service. The finger print recognition works every time and is just as quick as Samsung intended. 100% from me.

Bad points first; Screen protector was scratched after first day of use, seems to be made of a plastic too soft for purpose. Dust had quickly gotten under the screen protector, so the case had to be stripped and cleaned regularly. The back stand is a nice touch but the tabs that hold in on place are too small, the stand started coming out after a week of use, now comes away from case every time I try to use it. The phone was dropped once, falling on the top right corner, the phone was safe but the case broke. The case has lasted 2 months before needing a replacement, for me, this is not sturdy enough, I won't be buying this case again.Good points; The edge protector is a must, the curved part of phone screens seem to be a weak point, so it's good to have the protection there. When I dropped the phone the case broke but the phone didn't, so in a way the case paid for itself in that instance.I can't comment on the finger print reader as I didn't attempt to set it up.
