Definitely works for me. I have sun damage from years of tanning when I was younger (in the 80s when the attitude was "sunblock? We don't need no stinking sunblock!"). My hands and arms took the brunt of it and because of that, I have many, many discoloration spots. My hands don't look bad at all when I use this stuff regularly. Now, they were very bad. Now they look almost normal (a few really dark ones are still around...faded significantly though).When I use a moisturizer heavy on C and a once a week treatment with a retinol cream (over the counter but fairly strong), then follow it up with this lotion, the treatment is working on eliminating the spots all together. Which, is something I never thought would happen.I've tried the C/Retinol treatment without this hand cream and it's not nearly as effective. So, I know it isn't just the other products working.I order it every time I need hand cream. I have a tube at my office, two at home and one in my car. I don't use any other hand cream. I'm hard to please. If a product doesn't work, I'm pretty vocal about it. I wouldn't give it 4 stars if it didn't deserve it.The only reason I didn't give it 5 is because I'd love it if it were more effective. But that's just me being greedy ;-j

Got this as a wedding favor for a friend who's OBSESSED with all things pumpkin spice. She LOVED this! Started using it the same day lol It's a big tube (think BBW size) and smells really nice, she said it felt moisturizing too.

I get eczema on my hands, so I'm always trying different lotions and creams. This one feels nice on the skin and absorbs quickly. It stings a little on my rashy eczema spots where my skin is cracked, but most things do so I wouldn't deduct points for that. I did take off a star because the cap doesn't close tightly, so I can't throw it in my purse/travel bag.It's really not what I'd call pumpkin spice scent though. In the tube it kinda smells vanilla-ish but on my hands it smells sweet/tart like lemon squares. The cream has pumpkin and pumpkin seed oil in it so i guess that's why it's called pumpkin spice. I think it's a really nice hand cream, but if you're looking for a lotion that smells like a pumpkin spice latte, this probably won't hit the spot.
