Picture of product looks white. When arrived it is actually grey in color. Will spray paint to match trim color on house. I like the outlet spring loaded cover as well.

This design is much better then the front entry with flip up cover PB30 . Plus it is much more water proof . Heavy duty plastic case and easy wire access . Highly recommend .

This is my power inlet of choice. It's composite material so it won't rust. The one piece top and front is great for keeping the weather out. The plug being located on the bottom prevents water from getting up in there and causing corrosion. The pitched top allows the water and snow to run away from the house and not pool. There's also plenty of room of connections. The only way I think it could be better is if it were mad from stainless steel. Best price I found is right here on Amazon. I recommend this for all the homes I add transfer switches.

Product was absolutely amazing. Was a little snug should’ve got a size large! Probably shrunk in the wash! But the chickens loved it anyway!

I'm an electrician. This box is great. I like to mount it at about 5' high to make it easier to get the bottom mounted plug inserted. While sometimes it's easy to go into the back knockout, it's usually a hassle fishing down the wall, so my preferred method from a basement panel is to drill a 1" hole through the ledger board to the outside of the house then I switchto 3/4" pvc pipe. An LB at the bottom and a 90 into the side of the inlet box. No fishing wires in the wall!

Installed this on the exterior of my house as part of my transfer switch installation. The install was nice and everything went according to plan. The plastic doesn't seem very sturdy when plugging in the generator cable...I hold the box top while pressing the cable into the receptacle to ensure it doesn't put pressure on the mounting screws. The knock outs on the back are both either too high or too low to mount to any vinyl siding mounting plates that are available...I made mine work by using the bottom knock out resulting in the receptacle box sitting slightly high on the mount plate. I did put a rain bead where the conduit comes into the box to keep moisture and bugs out.Now to the really bad part....Approximately 4 months after I installed this on my house, the box cover turned a nasty UGLY yellow color from normal sunlight exposure. Now I have holes where the unit has been installed to the side of my house and no way to fix it unless I replace it with another cover, which the company insists I order an entire new receptacle assembly to get! Buyer beware!9/28/15 UPDATE: Over the summer I got tired of seeing this ugly grey/yellow box on the side of my white house. I decided to take it apart and paint it. I took the cover off and used 400 grit sandpaper on it and on the sides of the box attached to the house. Cleaned each off well and painted each with several coats of white Valspar spray paint for plastics (ideal for rigid plastic surfaces). They took paint very well and came out perfectly smooth and beautiful. Put the cover plate back on and now the box matches my house. I'm happy this fixed the ugliness.
