These labels are ideal for clothes and linens. Just the thing if you need to label clothes for boarding school, nursing home, home, etc. They go on easily and stay on. Use a sharpie and the ink stays forever. No problem with washing, the labels stay firmly in place and aren’t scratchy on your skin. I highly recommend these!

I bought 2 packs 15 months ago when my husband moved into assisted living and I just finished the 2nd pack. Everything gets labeled - even socks and hankies. Sometimes the label come off but only after many, many washes. Usually the ink from the sharpie marker fades before the tag comes off. I use the sew on permanent labels for more expensive clothes like slacks and sweaters, but sewing is a pain. These stickers are great for t-shirts, under shirts even socks. If one falls off I just put on another label. I also use these labels for every personal item (non clothing) that is in his room.

The label is very sticky and sustained after washing and drying. It does its job but some caution needs to be applied. I used the sticker on the collar of my baby’s shirts like what the packaging showed. After use, I found that there is a rectangular shaped sticky stuff on his neck/upper back from the label, and it’s really hard to remove from his skin. Now I have to peel off all the labels and it’s almost impossible to remove it from the clothing. If you plan to use this label, do not put it directly on the inside of the clothes where you will have a lot of skin contact. I do think it would work if it’s on a label or on the outside of the clothing.

Bought these for my brother who is in a nursing home. His clothes were going missing. At first I wrote his name in a black sharpie in his clothes. Still they went missing. I bought these and stuck them on where the label is on clothes. You can’t miss them being bright white. They washed well on clothes that are sent out by the home to an industrial laundromat. So far so good. Seems to have fixed the problem, I now put these on any new clothes or inside shoes that I bring over to him. Price was good. Invest in these and a black permanent marker to solve the problem of missing clothes.

I work in healthcare and these have come in handy in a pinch when we have new residents that move in, because the company my job orders from comes from another county and takes a month to receive. I work in laundry and these are so helpful. Not all of them have stayed on and the writing does fade eventually, (unfortunately we have to wash a lot of clothes on a long hot water beach cycle) but otherwise Im very impressed with them! Seriously recommend these.

These work VERY WELL! I have bought multiple packages over the past years. Great price, stick very well to clothing, shoes, blankets, pillowcases, bath or school supplies, frames, decorative items etc. Easy to write on with laundry marker. They really hold up well for a LONG time! Even going through a washer & dryer over & over! Use a laundry pen if washing item. GREAT for nursing home, Assisted Living type situations! Ink may lighten over time if washing (I just write over it again), but label has rarely came off in years of using them!

Excellent labels

These labels wash off denim, cotton and any slightly rough fabrics the very first time they go in the washing machine. Indelible pen also begins to wash off the glossy surface, but that doesn't really matter since the labels are all loose in the washing machine, or lost inside other clothes! The only garments these labels stuck too were the kids' smooth polyester sports top and sports shorts. Otherwise they are completely and utterly useless.

I used these for someone in a care home. Some of these came off in the wash, but I think they use really hot water.
