Do they overly wrap it with bubble wraps or anything to protect the product so it when you get it its fully protected and not broken?

I wouldn't say that. They wrap it good so that it is protected during shipping. Mine came nice and clean with no damages.

Would this work as eyeshadow?

I’ve never tried but I’m sure it would. It’s extremely pigmented and they’re too bright to use as blush
