Q: Received milkshake maker with no instructions, where are the instructions?

I have the same problem with the soft-serve ice cream machine I received today. Called Vevor contact number I got from the website and they're supposed to email the instructions.

Q: is it ul certified or nsf certified?

Sorry i have checked it out top to bottom and even the plug. It does not say anywhere. It is made in China . Most all items that are ULor NSF are proud of that cert. to display it. Paul Forcht

Q: Can it work continuously for 10 minutes?

The one I have times out at 5 min.
