Are these pre-sharpened?

Great for artwork and very comfortable. The only thing is that they often become very sticky especially in warmer weather. Any remedy for this?

Not my experience, but I’d store them in a cool place, maybe fridge...

Does the 12 pack include the sharpener or is it just the 6 pack?

Yes the pack includes the sharpener. The sharpener has two holes and these pencils can be sharpened in the larger hole. It works great.

What is the diameter of this pencil in mm?

It's about 9mm at its largest edge and about the same from point to flat. It is hard to get diameter since the pencil is not circular. The Tri-Conderoga is a rounded triangle shape.
